Hello 2013!
Many unexpected things happened on the last bits of 2012. Fortunately everything is just fine. I was actually not really in mood for everything these last few hours, something is just keep bothering, that mix unexplainable feelings inside. Maybe because my flight is waiting me in few more hours. Can i just sign for another days off from college?
Above all, i'm thankful for everything. The never ending fellowships and gatherings with friends and family makes me feel so happy. I love meeting all my relatives, far or near. Last night was a bliss for us because for the first time ever, an official family gathering was held on my grandmother's side family. I am so happy seeing all my grandma siblings gather around. This tradition will be continued every year and this year will be my grandma's turn to be the organizer. Can't wait for another family gathering. yayy!
Last night was also my parents' 24th anniversary, and only last night i know it like really sure of it that my parents was the first grandchildren whom got married in Aki Andu's family. I must have been daydreaming for all these times for not knowing that fact. With that, my brother is the eldest great grandson in the big family. Me and some cousins must be the second ones! Never thought of that, omo! Anyway, I pray for a happy and blessed marriage life to my parents. This year will be their 25th anniversary so something surprise must be planned out! Let see how it goes later :D
Well, it is a new year! Let us make it a great and blessed one! Wherever we are and whatever we are doing, do be happy and grateful for our life, most importantly stay firm in our faith :)

| Have a great and blessed New Year everyone! Let us smile more in 2013 :D |
P.S. I must make myself to fully utilized the leftover hours here. Packing up things, tidying up everything, scrolling through the lecture's schedules and files, listing up things to do and make sure everything is on track for 2013. IPBL life this year must be a 'SAMANGAT' one! Lets get started May!

I want to and I will
These days have been so good to me. I have had a good, happy and great day. Well yes because all the assignments and tasks were submitted. The marks are in, only left with the exam part which will start this end of month. But still, i haven't started with my revision. I am still leisurely enjoying my free time. Following activities around. But it is alright, i need some fresh air. Need to socialise with people around after weeks cramping my brain with all the assignment stuffs.
Tomorrow, we are going to have a netball tournament. How i wish that everyone could join. Because honestly, i play for enjoyment not for the sake of winning only. If winning is the point of participating the sport, then we should start with the training earlier like months ago. It just for fun. But it's okay, all the best for us tomorrow. Do cheer for us yaa. Musical night is coming in less that 2 weeks where the show will be on 21 October, at night. Can't wait for the night to come ~ lets dance together :D The dinner was great and the RunNat was awesome! Both moments are cherished in my heart ! Looking forward for these events next year.
Today, we had this talk with our lecturer about our overall performance in study. I can feel that most lecturers are just not that happy with us. We are the first batch of TESL and the one who is spotted by the MQA in 2014. I know we should do better, not just individually but as a group. But I know we could, we want to do better and we will do excellently. Being teacher is not as easy as one thinks off. Yes, the pay is high and we get long holidays, but guaranteed job is 'NO' on next year onwards. We do need to go through some kind of interview before posting. Teaching in class is just not to make the pupils learn but we also need to take care of the classroom management, different learning style, surrounding area, tools we used in class and everything, not including the filing & records, exam, discipline problems, GERKO, and so on. Yes, every profession has it advantages and disadvantages too. But what makes teacher profession so special is that, a teacher could mould one's future whether to inspire them or to put them down. Most of us stand on our path today is because of our teachers back then. Even sometimes, children believe their teacher more than their parents. Yes, teacher holds much powers that one could think off. That is why we really need to build our proficient, not just for the sake of teaching but to inspire one, to touch the heart of the new generations.
Anyway, we have two more years to go after this semester. Yes, more focus is needed. But at the same time even though study in my priority now, i will not forget all the beautiful things that come along the way. I don't want to stuck myself with all the notes in room. I want to join other activities too. Going for a trip, dancing, participating in any competition, playing sports, outing, laughing, reading novel, playing games, spending times with family and friends, jogging or at least go for a nice evening walk. Seize every moments.
Yes, I want to and i will :)

'Where Rainbows End' [Book Review]
Cecelia Ahern is one of my favourite author. The first novel written by her that i read was 'PS I Love You'. Since then i fall in love with her writing. Simple language yet could captivate my heart and leave some wonderful insights for me to ponder along the way. Hence, I bought the second novel by her, 'Where Rainbows End'.
This book is about love and friendship. Everything was written in a form of letters, emails, instant messages and postcards. I like how each word is twisted around. This book portrays the friendships between Alex and Rossie. Through years, there is a spark of love circling their friendship. And for the ending part, you might want to read it by yourself.
This book makes me wander if two best friend could fall in love with each other. I never have any boy who is so closed to me where we can act like really like a 'crazy friends'. But i do have some whom i am comfortable talking with about anything. Is it 'that' what we call best friend? I am not sure either. Haha. But if i am to fall with one i will be singing the 'Lucky' song by Jason M.
P. S. Okay enough with the rambles, need to get ready. I have a dinner to attend tonight.
Tomorrow will be participating in RunNat. need to save some energy to run tomorrow. It is a run and pray activity, anyway wish us all the best.

Small Feast
At last, everything finishes just in time. I'm still breathing, safe and sound as usual. Let's not talk about all the hectic days. Let's move forward, and see all the beautiful things ahead.
There are some coming activities to end my year in IPBL.We will be having our annual dinner this 5th of October with 'Down to the Memory Lane' theme. But i can't even remember those things that make me to become who i am today when i first stepped into IPBL because they are just so many of it. Blessings :). Another thing is that i am going to dance for Musical night this year too. It is going to be my fourth time joining this event. This year i will be dancing some of the ethnics dance - Iban, Bidayuh, Ulu and Sabahan. The most exciting part is that i am going to wear the Iban costume, which is the first time in my life ! yaayyy ! We will be entering the netball tournament too, hope so. Last but not least, exam will be the concluding event before the year end holiday. Wish us all the best.
To celebrate my freedom, I had a small feast for myself last night. yeee !
For all the blessings, good or bad, thank you Father.

The Gatherings & Events
These are some pictures on gathering and events from January to March !
CNY 2012
I have written down my CNY's day story in my previous post but forgot to attach pictures, so here they are!

The last house of the day, Mr Lai's house. I love his house, full of drawings and art. There is even a small music room which makes me want to have one in the future.
The gorgeous ladies of the day! Taken at Png's house.
Steamboat
We also went to steamboat which was on earlier Feb. i am so in love with steamboat, especially the yummy lok lok.

Mr Mario's farewell party
This was a farewell party for Mr Mario. He was a consultant in the language department. however he had transferred to IPBA. Here was the night of celebration, not for goodbye, but for wishing him all the best for his future. you'll be missed mr mario! the dinner was held at Fullhouse, Pullman. I love the environment so much, especially the blue antique car outside the restaurant.

Battle of the Band 2012
This was the last event organised by us (JPP). Though it was a tiring week of going out and in the college, running here and there to settle up everything, but it worth. the night was awesome! all the performances was greatly performed. you know, it is not easy to play a band. the best vocalist went to nur fazilah, oliviamate. hehe. and the champion band of the year went to STON. congrats to the winners and the other bands. you guys rock!!

'TESL GET TOGETHER' night
The most recent event that we had was the 'TESL GET TOGETHER' night. this was the night where all the teslians in IPG gather together. that night, my classmates had decided to come out with Hawaiian outfit style! you know, we became the spotlight of the night when the other tesl's classes just wear their own t-shirt class. at first, it was a little awkward walking around with these outfits. but then it turned out that other classes were praising us! yeah, we rock the night!!

KOT 2012 IPBL
Tomorrow will be our KOT day and will continue until the next day. as usual, i will be participating in track event which are 800m, 1500m and 4x400m. i know that i never win any single medal from the first time i follow the KOT event, but it never also make my spirit of running to fade away. i may be slow, but i will never stop. you know your spirit of doing something does not only portrayed through your action but also from your inner side. the same goes in participating in a event, mental and emotiona play a vital role for one to continue running. i will give my best, not only for the events i am taking but also for my life! Once again, i am going to be the 'pompom' girls for this KOT just like 5 years ago during the HKSBP at smesh. but this time we are going to dance in a large group, almost 40 people. that will be fun !!
My coming holidays !
But the best part of all, i am travelling in few more days. you know how much i love travelling! this will be my first vacation to oversea! I am going for a pilgrim at Medan from 10 - 14 mac. my flight to KL will be on this friday night and will meet my mum and sister there with the other participants for this pilgrim. i am so excited for it! hopefully everything will go well. pray for our safe journey yaa.
Then i will also be having my SBE at sabah from 19 - 23 mac. it will be at srk st catherine inanam.

Exam, Annual Dinner & Musical Night
I will be having my final sem 2 examination around next week. this week will be our study week. it is supposed to be a self-study week, but still we have some classes arranged for us to make the final touch up for everything. luckily, i still have some time to go through everything after my 1 week Deepavali's holiday where I did nothing for the study part. a bit regret but i just dont have the mood to even have a glance on my books. I was really pampering myself and eating too much and i am ganing weight! seriously, i need someone to bring me out for exercising or at least for a jog.
Before the deepavali's holiday, we had two events going on which were the Annual dinner and musical night. this time, my annual dinner was totally different from the previous one where i had to run here and there to help with the performances, i didn't even finish my food and they took it away. okay, maybe that was an 'enough' sign for me, or maybe the waiter knew that i am gaining weight, thats why he took away my un-finished meal.

For the musical night, honestly, it was much better that last year! the singers and dancers were all entertaining. this year, i was given 5 slots for dancing; 2 of them were the dance performances and the other 3 were for the back up singing. 5 dances were not a big number cause some of my friends had to dance for like 8-9 dances. Just imagine how they had to seize up the time to change their attire throughout the 2 hours show. thankfully, everything went well.
P.S. Last night, I dreamt about someone and I wonder, why that person is entering my dream land for several times already. weird.

Updates
I had gone through hectic hours and filled my days with completely packed events. But i thank God that everything turns out awesomely great!
Within this week, we had some events going on which were the 'ceramah peyuburan diri' on the whole day of Wednesday where i learnt nothing because i was so tired and sleepy to make myself stay focus. On Thursday we had three things going on which were the Merdeka celebration in the morning and Ramah Tamah in the afternoon. At night, we went for the Merdeka Raya Concert ! Something like that i guess but it was great!
This is me with my so-called Baju Raya
Then, my Friday was spent with us decorating our spot for ELF from 8 am to 1 am something with only two or three hours gap for rest, isn't that onderful right? yesterday, we were enjoying ourselves and elf-ing around!
But out of all, i have had my wonderful time yesterday singing at Kbox, Spring with my darlings, mimi and faz. We were singing like the world is ours. The sound system was really great, just like a concert !

Thanks to everyone
It was a great night!
If i could, i would want to personally say thank you to everyone who had involved directly or indirectly in making the 'Sambutan Ngiling Bidai & Penutupan Pesta Kaamatan' a successful event.
If i could, i would want to personally say thank you to everyone who had involved directly or indirectly in making the 'Sambutan Ngiling Bidai & Penutupan Pesta Kaamatan' a successful event.
I know that it had been a tiring days of preparation. Sometimes, i feel so tired, not physically but mentally. I had been worrying so much about the event because there were so many things which were still left hanging. I was afraid that the event wont go as what we had planned. Plus the last minutes changes made me feel uneasy. Even at the night of the event, my heart was strained, and keep on saying that everything would be okay.
Thankfully, everything went well. Now, i feel more relieve. I am so happy that everyone is willing to lend some helps, and spend their time during the preparation of the event. To my close-mates, i am so grateful to have you guys there when i needed you all the most.
It had been quite a challenging moments for me. Plus, it was the first time, i was fully involved in organising an event with my two other members under JPP. Out of all, after all the difficulties we had gone through in organizing this event, i have learnt some lessons which are, there is no easy way to achieve something. Sometimes, we have to sacrifice something to gain something. It might hurt us but just endure it, cause the pain will worth at the end.
Above all, i thank God because without Him we wouldn't be able to carry out this event.
